Secap Model SI 5200

The SI5200 advanced features include a tower feeder that holds up to four interchangeable feeders and an optional high capacity sheet feeder is available with two trays that will hold up to 1,000 sheets each. The innovative modular tabletop design enables the SI5200 to be expanded or changed as business and communication needs evolve. The SI5200 utilizes a next generation user interface that is simple to read with a full color and intuitive LCD display. This system can memorize up to 24 different jobs enabling users with the ability to effortlessly switch applications and program repeats mailings for simple integration into the workflow process.

Secap Model SI 5400

The SI5400 provides the most advanced features and capabilities within our tabletop inserter line. The SI5400 utilizes a next generation user interface that is simple to read with a full color and intuitive LCD display and can memorize up to 24 different job settings enabling users to effortlessly switch applications and program repeat mailings for simple integration into the workflow process. The main feeder tower holds up to four interchangeable feeders and features a high capacity envelope feeder. The system can be configured with two optional high capacity sheet feeders with two trays each that will hold up to 1,000 sheets each. An optional envelope power stacker can be added to assist with handling the high output.

6202 Series - The Advanced Office Inserter

The 6202 Series brings advanced folding & inserting technology and flexibility to the office environment. The unique AutoSetTM feature allows for one touch setup of new jobs by automatically measuring paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths. Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSet can also be stored as a programmed job setting for hassle-free setup and operation. The powerful folding system enables the 6202 Series to accurately fold up to five sheets of paper at the same time.

Four configurations are available to meet your processing needs: the FD 6202-Basic 1, FD 6202-Basic 2, FD 6202-Advanced 1, and FD 6202-Advanced 2. The FD 6202-Basic 1 model is equipped with one automatic sheet feeder; the FD 6202-Basic 2 model comes with two automatic sheet feeders; the FD 6202-Advanced 1 model comes with one sheet feeder & one insert/BRE feeder; and the FD 6202-Advanced 2 comes with two sheet feeders & one insert/BRE feeder.

6302 Series Inserter

The 6302 Series Inserters offer two models for your specific job needs. The FD 6302-Standard 3 comes with three standard automatically adjusting feed stations. The FD 6302-Special 3 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be manually adjusted for glossy and thicker paper stock. The 6302 Series is ideal for processing documents in a timely and hassle-free manner and offers a low-noise level and small footprint for the office environment.

The versatility of this unit allows for processing forms of various lengths and thicknesses all at the same time. A user-friendly full-color touchscreen control panel makes operation quick and easy, combined with the exclusive AutoSet feature which automatically sets the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection

6402 Series Inserter

Available in six basic configurations, the 6402 Series can be adapted for almost any folding and inserting application. Two, four and six station models are available to meet your particular folding and inserting needs.

The full-color touchscreen control panel makes operation even easier than before. The optional production feeder holds up to 325 BRE's and up to 1,200 sheets of paper, which increases hopper capacity and reduces loading time.

6602 Series Inserter

The versatile 6602 Series provides power and flexibility in a design that's easy to use. Two, four and six-station models offer a combination of standard and special feeders. The 6602 Series features a new full-color touchscreen control panel, up to 25 programmable jobs, and the power to fold up to 10 sheets (half-fold) and up to 8 sheets (tri-fold).

A variety of options bring high-capacity folding and inserting right into your office. The High-Capacity Envelope Hopper and Output Conveyor each hold up to 1,000 envelopes. Choose from one or two Production Feeders, with a combined feeding ability of up to 2,400 sheets or 750 BREs. A Thin Booklet Feeder inserts documents up to 2.5mm thick. In addition, Single-Track and Dual-Track OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) options provide a high level of document security.

6900 Series Inserter

The 6900 Series Inserters are the most powerful and versatile tabletop system available. The 6900 Series offers the versatility of processing a wide range of envelope sizes from a standard #10 to a flat 10” x 13”. AutoMixTM models take this flexibility to the next level by allowing different sized envelopes to be used on-the-fly during operation. Up to four feed stations are capable of reaching speeds up to 4,300 pieces/hour and handling up to 120,000 inserts per month.

The 6900 Series utilizes a user-friendly central control system with automatic settings for one-touch setup of up to 9 different jobs. With the 6900 Series, you don’t have to worry about page lengths, envelope sizes or complex jobs.
